I've been trying to find one of these for months. I finally did find one in very low grade. This might be the first scan available online. www.comics.org didn't have a scan. No other sites I've found had a scan. See it here first in all it's low grade glory.

Ramon Schenk has uploaded my scan of Cartoon Spice #2 to the www.comics.org database. It's one he's missing. Michael Ambrose the publisher of Charlton Spotlight is showing interest in both the Charlton digests as well as the humor magazines (comics). I don't think he knows there is both a magazine AND a comic for the Good Humor title.
