Ryan initially thought Makeshift was released. Mile High comics has it listed on their website even to this day.
That is the only Broadway artwork in the Giordano book. It is however worth looking for the Curt Swan book and picking that one up. It has a piece on Broadway comics also.

Let me make a correction. The pages I posted above are not in the twomorrows book. They are pages from the unpublished comic. The pages in the giordano book are shown on the link above and those are the only ones.
