This thread will jump around because my comics aren't in order... Animal Mystic #4 I've talked to the artist for this. He was friends with Budd Root back when Budd was regularly doing conventions to promote Cavewoman. I'm not a fan of the character, but this has some nice half-tone B&W art in it. Defiant1

This is what is is. It's well done for what it is, but I'm not into the genre. I should have #1 somewhere, but here are the other early ones in this series. With Drew Hayes having passed away, I think these are probably worthless now. I'm too lazy to see if people are looking for them. Poison Elves #2 Poison Elves #3 Poison Elves #4 Defiant1

The issues that are more in demand are the Mulehide issues of I, Lusiphur and Poison Elves. The Sirius series doesn't have the same amount of demand, but it looks like some of the late issues in the #70-80 range are a little harder to come by. I bought the limited edition version of #80.

I knew the Sirius series only had modest demand anyway. I'm surprised to hear the Mulehide stuff still has a fan base looking for them. I think I passed on every opportunity I had to buy the Mulehide stuff. Defiant1

As promised, everything in this thread is out of order. Animal Mystic #2 (2nd Printing) I guess I bought this because it had a different cover. In all honesty, I'm not real fond of it. Defiant1

Animal and Mystic never appealed to me in a story sense, but his art had a certain flare to it. Once Sirius faded out, I don't think I ever seen anything else by this guy. Anyone know what happened to him?

Anyone know what happened to him? No idea. He did have a flair to his art. When I quit going to Dragon Con or South Carolina shows, I quit seeing him. He's got some art posted here, but he still links to a "removed" Myspace page. www.paintingsilove.com/artist/gregdarkonewilliamsDefiant1

I was kind of excited when Sirius started publishing Kiss & Tell, but they only ended up doing one issue and then the creator I believe got out of comics. I originally discovered the book when it was self-published and previewed in Cerebus. I thought it's slice of real life story was fun and was further intrigued when I found out the writer was an attractive lady who lived nearby (actually in the same apartment complex a friend of mine lived in at one point) so the settings in the book were probably nearby locations.

That would be cool. Harbinger was awesome for me. Issue #2 has the harbinger kids at a hospital in Decatur Ga. and my mom worked at the only hospital that was in Decatur Ga. Defiant1

Dawn #1 (Signed) A backing board sketch received at the same time. It is scanned througha comic bag. The day I got this was the first day I recall meeting Bob Burden. He was there also. It was a signing held at Showcase Collectibles. Defiant1
