I won't list all the pages updated, but I added the Free version of Scavengers #0 to the list. It was completely missing. I posted a scan of it also. I posted the missing scan for the regular version of Chromium Man #0. It can all be viewed from here: www.angelfire.com/comics/triumphant/Triumphant_Index.html#startDefiant1

I always forget about this checklist, but I revisited it today. www.angelfire.com/comics/triumphant/Triumphant_Index.html#startAdded a scan for the signed Chromium Man Ashcan. Added Scavengers #1 (2nd Edition) to the checklist. Can't imagine why they'd reprint that issue and I thought limiting print runs was their whole gimmick. Regardless, I found a copy for sale on ebay, but the digital picture wasn't good enough to use. I think I own everything pictured on that list except the Signed Chromium man Ashcan. I'm willing to buy any manufacturer signed and sealed packages that I need. If they've been opened, i don't want them. Will pay no more than $5. This is a VERY dead universe to collect. I just liked the quality of the writing and the novelty of having almost a full set. The blue logo editions were solicited, but i've never seen one confirmed as existing. Will pay $10 for either of those. Defiant1

I just bought a near complete run of the Chromium Man series for 25 cents a book. So far it's a decent read and the Pollina art looks to be much better than most of the art that this company had in their books. I'm missing issue #7 and Chromium Man: Violent Past #2. Hoping to find them cheap so I can read the entire series.

My friend Matthew spoke interest of owning a set to read. He's had them before but sold his whole collection. I'm supposed to sell him some sets. Defiant1

Defiant1, do you have any more information about the Blue logo editions of Chromium Man #0 and Scavengers #0? I can't find a picture of this book anywhere online, so I'm curious if anyone has actually seen it.

It's possible that they don't exist. They were solicited in a flyer that shipped with the Red Logo versions. I couldn't find a high quality scan of the scan, but I did find three very low resolution scans that I've made into a pdf. bit.ly/aPNOVNAssuming they do exist, it's possible nobody ordered any and they got trashed when the company shut down. I list them in hopes some will show up. Defiant1

Although you didn't ask, I have this scan of an order form. Not sure of the origin. It's been awhile since I scanned it. Defiant1

Thanks for the information. I'm guessing this is going to be a very rare one, if it exists at all.

I commonly forget that I have a Triumphant checklist out there. It had a little spike this last month with visits from Platinum Studios. Thought that was interesting.

I have copies of the Scavengers #0 Blue and Chromium Man #0 Blue (actually purple, and limited to 500 copies) making their way to me, along with the Red versions of each, as well. I can scan these for the checklist if interested. Let me know. Here's a picture posted by another fan who already has them in hand. Also, I have on reserve from a seller on the CGC boards a book he is describing as Chromium Man #0 with a 2,000 copy print run, so I guess it's possible there was both a Chromium Man #0 Blue and a #0 Purple. I'll let you know as I receive them.

Yeah, send some scans and I'll add them. I'm not sure if everything you said is crystal clear to me, but it looks like you are saying i need to add purple versions of the zero issues and you have scans of the blue. I guess the word "purple" on Chromium Man in the picture confused me since you say it's a blue version colored purple. It looks to me like it's not the Blue version, but a rarer purple version. Whew.

Defiant1 Yeah, sorry I didn't make it clear. I called the Chromium Man #0 Purple a "Blue" colored purple because before this purple version was found, I was only on the lookout for a blue version and had no idea this other version existed. At this point, all I know for sure is there is a blue version of Scavengers #0 with a 2,000 copy print run and a purple version of Chromium Man #0 with a 500 copy print run. These books are making their way to me in the mail, and they are shown in the above picture. I will scan them for the checklist once I receive them. As far as anything else, I have no evidence that there is a Scavengers #0 purple. I have claimed a copy of a book from a seller on the C G C board that he is describing as a Chromium Man #0 with a 2000 copy print run, but no mention of color. I am assuming this is the Chromium Man #0 Blue, but won't know for sure until I have it, which may not be for a while, as the seller is selling cheap books, and I am waiting to pay for them until I can find enough to buy to make it worth my while.

I FINALLY received the book I mentioned above from the seller (yes, I know it's been 8 months, that's how long he had his various sales threads open!) and it is indeed a Chromium Man #0 Blue Logo with a 2000 copy print run. I'll have to scan it for the checklist when I get a spare minute.

Got it! Don't let me forget to add the scan. Restructured about 15 Charlton pages with minor fixes. A tad bit burnt out at the moment. I need to add a "bar code" Megalith #6 scan to my Continuity page also.

It has been added! That was some work! I forgot Angelfire no longer allows FTP access! I had never used their new file manager and it wasn't taking my password. I had to search through 10 years worth of emails to figure out what email address I'd used to sign up for the account. www.angelfire.com/comics/triumphant/Chromium_Man/Triumphant_Chromium_Man.htmlMission accomplished! Thanks! Defiant1

Real quick question about Triumphant Unleashed #0. Are there any differences between the Free version and the $2.50 version besides the poster piece? Any missing story? I grabbed a copy of the Free version from a .25¢ bin this weekend and was curious.
Even at the height of my collecting during the 90s, I never picked up a Triumphant title. I have no idea what they had going on.

I grabbed a copy of the Free version from a .25¢ bin this weekend and was curious. Even at the height of my collecting during the 90s, I never picked up a Triumphant title. I have no idea what they had going on. I can't answer with confidence, but I don't recall the story being different. Triumphant had a strangely compelling, strongly inter-connected, and overall well written universe. A man named John Riley is credited with writing most of it. It had more of a sci-fi feel than most superhero comics. The quality of the art was inconsistent. Some was bad. Some was decent. Adam Polina's art was rough around the edges, but every once in awhile you could see some incredible skill. I think they are worth reading if you can get a set cheap. I wouldn't rush out to buy a set, but I'll give the writing a nod and say they aren't bad reading material. I will say they have one major weakness. The coloring is horrid. There are shades of pink and lime green in almost everything. Defiant1

I have to say, maybe I didn't realize it, but maybe subconsciously this always kept me from picking up their books. I have a few, but I think I always thought the books had a rather lackluster look to them and I think it had more to do with coloring than anything else.

I like the paper quality okay, but the colors are very distracting. Adam Post published these. He's not well respected after all these years.
