I thought you were going to talk about comics I'd like to kick myself for missing because of the value! I've got a bunch of books in my collection I consider to be oddball, but what's oddball to me might be mainstream to you, judging from the books you've listed above. I'm a big Flaming Carrot fan and have a complete run of the series. I have recently also gotten into Reid Fleming, World's Toughest Milkman because of his crossover with the Carrot a few years ago. I collected Cerebus from issue #100 to the end and now also have a complete set of the original issues, most in pretty high grade (I settled for a lower grade #1 because of the price).

This thread was more of a joke. The Reid Fleming crossover is actually just a regular issue in the Flaming Carrot series. Some people think it is a one-shot. I do consider Flaming Carrot to be mainstream now. I occasionally buy some of Bob's stuff, but he gave me the majority of the Flaming Carrot Comics I own. I own a Visions #3 (?) which is an early Flaming Carrot appearance. It was given away at one of the first conventions I ever attended. Bob is friends with some people I know, so I've actually been to his house once when he was needing to get to the airport. Actually almost everybody in comics seems to know Bob around Atlanta. Occasionally, I'll see him if I'm stomping around in his area of town (which is maybe 10 miles from my area of town). I see him just enough for it to be awkward. We have nothing really new to say to one another, so we just say hello. I'm not really a fan of Cerebus. I have very few issues and all below #100. I will buy any issues below maybe #19 if I see them priced low. I think I have a #9 I'm wanting to sell. Defiant1

Yeah, I noted the Reid Fleming and Carrot crossover did continue the old numbering, as do the new Image issues. I'm just excited to see it being published again since it seemed like forever since the last new issue. That's the biggest drawback with a lot of the titles I was collecting, they come out so irregularly it's hard to keep track of what's going on. I used to buy stuff directly from Bob through the mail, though I can't say I ever met him. The Visions books are pretty scarce, I imagine they are a lot easier to find in your area than anywhere else. I have a decent condition copy of #2 that I picked up cheaply.

If I dig up my copy Visions #3 I'll give it to you. I do see it around occasionally and I never see it sell. I have no idea where it is but I consolidated about 1000 comics yesterday. I alphabetized and segregated any Marvel Comics and DC. I segrgated Awesome & Image to their own box for more sorting later. Any other indy's that aren't for my web pages were left together.
Key things I'm looking for include any comic Angelo Furlan worked on (Sinnamon, Bruiser etc.), a one shot done by Pia Guerra, My 1994 (pre-DEFIANT) letter from Janet Jackson explaining why Jim left Valiant.... and more after I start uncovering this stuff.
I forgot that I also have the Cerebus reprint with the "Milk & Cheese" (Evan Dorkin) story page. If hepcats was in one, I have that also.
