What's the going rate in comic shops for Plasm boxes and binders now? I'm trying to compare it to ebay prices. I don't know of any stores carrying them anymore. I bought some level 1 chase cards for a buck and kinda regretted it afterwards. They weren't out for sale. They were hidden away in some retailer's drawer with other chase cards that no one asks about. I figured they would get in the hands of someone who wanted them faster through me. I was really just doing the store a favor and it makes them more willing to look out for other things that they know I want. My friend who buys closeouts would probably ask $5 for an unopened box of Plasm cards. I'm pretty sure that's the amount he rambled off. He probably wouldn't pay more than a buck for a box and it would have to be mixed in with other stuff he wanted. I bought my special edition tins years ago for $5. I'd never pay more than that for those even if I didn't have it. It's too common and I'm not really ever going to be a true card collector. I didn't buy any of the premium card items after being burned on the availability of Plasm chase cards. The 1st edition binder shortage disappointed me, but the impossible level 2 chase cards was just not acceptable. Without new stuff to fuel collector interest, the old overproduced stuff will never sell for even close to retail price. I think you'll find that a lot of the people stuck with the cards were sports card dealers. There are some comic shops that have these, but it's added work for them with a feather duster if they decide to put them out on display somewhere. Defiant products are best moved as sets. That saves the collector time and frustration of finding the more obscure items. That is the only way I'd advise people to buy the stuff. Defiant1

Thanks.
Just paid $6.00 (includes shipping) on Ebay for the whole card set (all the commons) in one of the reprint binders w/ the Splatterball comic. Sounds like I got a fair deal. The seller swore it was in excellent condition (haven't gotten it yet).
