cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=972&item=6503988561&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVWOn this ebay lot, I am curious about how people would value it. Obviously the seller thinks it is worth $150 - $600 and possibly more. I'm a bit shocked by that, but I was curious what others think. Since I am not bidding on it, and I'm not distressed if my collection goes without it, I'm willing to say what I would offer..... $30. That is a far cry from the opening bid. If you don't want to vote now, then wait until after the auction closes. I'm posting my vote now. Defiant1

Ahhh just a bit of old paper... It's wonderful to idealize something that is one of a kind and hope it has significant value....but to really have that value it has to make an impression upon people and drastically change people's lives. War Dancer wasn't really published long enough to do that. Every day that goes by without it being published devalues the work because it's previous audience is diminished. If the letter was not with it, I'd only offer $5. The letter defines what it is. Defiant1

I haven't looked at it yet, but I think that about 30 would be a good offer, too. I wouldn't pay as much as being asked I don't think.
