The River Group was toast by that time. It is obviously an after market product and would be no different than if you or I compiled sets and resold them. Defiant1

i dont get it then..why are they on the list? were they packaged and sold by a 'company'? were they just given as gifts by what was left of the river group? I still dont understand what exactly they are.

I still dont understand what exactly they are. I'm not listing them anywhere. Jeff lists them... I suppose.... because people asked him about them. They are probably overstock which resurfaced as sets. Some buisness packaged them, but i have no info. The river group was dead by that time so i don't much care who wanted to make money... it could have been anyone stuck with them. Defiant1

i looked at the list again today and noticed this
Reissue Package (1997)
-- Plasm (black binder) -- (Nine-pocket plastic pages) -- (Complete 150-card basic set) -- Plasm Zero (limited edition comic, foil stamped) -- (Complete set of nine Level-1 chase cards)
so did the 1997 re-issue come with a splatterbowl comic,or did it actually come with a foil stamped plasm zero stand alone like it implies?

Bank on it being a mistake since it clarifies the color of the binder. The listing probably merges the cover art description with the reference about the comic. Jeff listed that before he'd ever even seen a complete binder. Defiant1
