I'm not looking to buy it but I am curious. I was thinking about how every rare piece of Defiant art and merchandising is on here. But then I remembered the Mongrel lithograph by David Lapham. There were only a 1000 made which I guess would make it the rarest Defiant collectible ever . Does anyone have one or even seen one?

He said it had some minor imperfections. I didn't feel like guessing whether his idea of minor was the same as mine. Although I would like to own one each on the more obscure items, I'm not going out of my way to buy the lithograph or any of the card items. I am first and foremost a comic book collector. Anything else is a distraction to what I collect. Once you get into prints or cards, I consider them to be novelty items. Defiant1

Somebody was selling one on the vc boards. He wanted $10, I think. It looks good and it wasn't that much, but I just wouldn't hang it up, so I'd rather someone else have it.

The cards and other stuff was separate from the comics ... it felt like a money grab to me instead of a bonus to the fans. I still collect this stuff when I can get it cheap, but I wouldn't pay big bucks for any of it.

That is a the best picture I've seen yet. Since I don't typically use ebay they pretty much eliminate me as a buyer anyway. defiant1

Say, that is pretty nice.
That Lapham signature looks weird compared to the way he signs books, though.

I just purchased the one on Ebay it is numbered #25/1000. I will tell you more about it when I get it in the mail. Its coming from Pennsylvania and I live in Pennsylvania so it should take long. It is one Defiant piece I have been searching for for a while. ;D It is supposed to be in mint condition.

I passed on it when it came out. I've never seen one since. I'd want it to be near perfect if I owned it. I know I'd never display it so I see no point in buying it just to keep it rolled up.
