If you mailed a money order and didn't receive product, I believe that falls under the jurisdiction of mail fraud. www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/welcome.htmYou could try to contact the post office and see what they can do. Postal Inspectors are a ruthless bunch. As a general rule, nobody should want to mess with anything under their jurisdiction. They have a lot of Federal laws giving them authority to get results. Man, sorry to hear about your bad experience, Jim. It's a shame it wasn't a payment via credit card on Paypal, at least you could bounce back that charge.
I thought I had heard if you paid via money order you were pretty much screwed, so it's good to hear from Defiant1 that you may still have some recourse. I would persue any avenues open to you at this point, no reason why you should still be waiting for books you paid for over two months later.

I'm not sure the post office will help, but their web page says it falls under their jurisdiction even if the financial transaction started on the internet or over the phone. Also, the money orders that I send can be cancelled. I don't think the myth that you're screwed if you use a money order is 100% true anymore. Defiant1 |

well he mailed about 40% of the collection i paid for.he no longer responds or even reads my emails.this really sucks i was looking to get that heroes world promo pack.it makes it so hard to trust  |
