This was given to retailers by Marvel in the 90's. I believe it was at a Diamond retailer seminar. It was a good set of promotional tools which could be used to promote a business of any kind, but obviously Marvel expected comic shops to use it to generate traffic. It has some good marketing ideas, but some may be outdated. It is not a comic nor does it have any comic content Streetfighting Defiant1
