Hi,
Well I have been picking up some stuff off of ebay since my local comic shop still will not get his defiant and ultraverse and valiant books out of storage so I can buy them. lol
.WARRIORS OF PLASM #1-4, #7 (WITH WAR DANCER) AND THE #0 CARD ALBUM!! THE CARD SET IS COMPLETE AND IN THE ALBUM MAKING UP THE COMIC ITSELF. ALSO INCLUDES FOIL CARDS #1,2,3,5,6,8 AND THE EXCLUSIVE CARD ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE ALBUM, AND AN EXCLUSIVE SPLATTERBALL COMIC.
.DARK DOMINION #1 (X 2 COPIES), #2,3, AND 4 AND THE ALBUM THAT COLLECTS THE CARDS FOR THE ZERO ISSUE.
Diamonds Previews with two NM+/GEM MINT comics inside! Deathmate Orange preview, STILL BOUND INSIDE!!! Defiant comic, Plasm #0! (released before trading card set (I picked up two of these)
And I also got another Dark Dominion Album for $.99.
I am going to buy some boxes of Defiant cards and let my little girl open them up and we are going to work together to get a set and put in the second album. It didn't come with any cards in it.
After we get this project done I'm going to head off to Valiant and Ultraverse card sets. She seems to enjoy the cards more than the comics at this time. I'm working on her. lol
I have never saw a card binder before so I'm excited to get these.
Thanks to this great site for getting me into Jim Shooter books again. And thanks for giving me the information on these books to know what to look for.

Finally have a breath to respond.
Basically, I'm just glad to hear that kids are showing interest in anything comics related. The card binders are fun when you first get them. I'm not really a fan of cards so once they are in the binder it's like having a completed puzzle. With a puzzle I never was one to laminate them or save them. I'd rather own a poster or a print.
Owning the zero issue made of cards is just NOT the form I want to read a comic. It never bothered me that DEFIANT made the zero card set. I thought it was a smart move.
I just think it's better suited for Disney or Warner Bros. properties, not an adult targeted series.

I have common card sets of the three Ultraverse cards... they are pretty slick. I have extra cards (common) if you need any.
