The following post was submitted as a correction to http://www.comicspriceguide.com:
Regarding the title Reverend Ablack:
http://www.comicspriceguide.com./p-issues.asp?t_ID=7166
The title says it is published by CFD/Sirius.
It is published by CFD (Ceative Force Designs & Productions) but it is not in anyway connected to Sirius.
To understand this mistake, you have to understand there are two CFD's. you have to understand the tales of two Joes.
The original CFD featured Joe Monks and Joseph Linsner. I'm not sure, but I think the original CFD stood for "Cry for Dawn" with Dawn being a Joe Linsner creation. Joe Monks did a few things which left Joe Linsner feeling like his creative ideas were being stolen. Linsner parted ways. Joe Monks kept the CFD logo. Joe Linsner kept Dawn. Joe Linsner started Sirius. While it might be okay to link early CFD stuff to Sirius comics because Linsner was the creative force that kept the previous content going, but you wouldn't want to link a comic like Reverend Ablack to Sirius or Joe Linsner. They are are technically two or possibly three different companies. I believe they are 3 different companies.
There should be
CFD (the original) - Linsner & Monks together
CFD (the second one) - Post Linsner
Sirius - Linsner
If you want to make the CFD's one listing, then you should get rid of the Sirius association. Both CFD's are Joe Monks. The funny thing is that I had to dig through a copy of Reverend Ablack to even find Joe Monk's name. It's nowhere in the credits, text pages or indicia of issue #1. The only place I saw his name was on the splash page of art which reads "Joe Monks Presents".
I've submitted the following covers to the guide...
