Mine would be Cookie aka "Nudge". I just loved her power. It was subtle, yet extremely powerful. Reading and controlling minds is the coolest thing in the world. You gotta love a girl who can kick Chasm's ass and put Charlemagne through hell.

I agree that she had potential, but if you read the Plasm series I always thought of her as a nice considerate suburban American woman. If you pick up any comic outside of the Plasm series she was a wicked instigator with no apparent motivation for her actions. It's not always obvious what she is doing and she looked completely different in every crossover. The artists (that's a plural) did not illustrate her consistently. I appreciated the conflict of War Dancer and Charlemagne the best. My favorite stand alone stories were the Dogs of War issues. The Shooter character was just a very flawed vigilante and all around bastard. I think I liked "Shooter" the best, but that's probably because his Dogs of War series was more down to earth. After that, War Dancer and Charlemagne were tied for second. Defiant1

Defiant1 In all her crossover appearances, she was being influenced by her contact with the mind of Wardancer's lover which she encounted in her trip to the brain of Plasm. I found her motivations (and those of the "force" that influenced her) pretty easy to follow in each appearance. I agree with you that Shooter was cool. Anyone else have a favorite?

My favorite was Icarus from the Good Guys. I also liked Shooter from Dogs of War, Charlemagne, and War Dancer. As far as bad guys go, I have to say Fingerman. The guy seemed to have no conscience whatsoever.
