Was looking up some info of the supposedly scarce B&W Charlton digests. Found this list of Comic Journal Articles instead...
Charlton: "News Watch." 14 [029 Oct 1976] N
Charlton: "Charlton to Publish Aspiring Pro's Work for Free." 14 [059 Oct 1980] N
Charlton: "Charlton Comics suspends publication." 18 [094 Oct 1984]
Charlton: "From the ashes: Charlton and Harvey to resume publishing this Spring." 15-16 [097 Apr 1985] N
Charlton: "Charlton: Back from the dead." 22-23 [101 Sep 1986] N
Charlton: "A Charlton Chronology." 10 [103 Nov 1985] N
Charlton: "Charlton goes down for the count." 10-11 [103 Nov 1985] N
Charlton: "Cereal Boxes?" 23-24 [112 Nov 1986] L Ted White
Charlton: "Charlton Rights Sold." 26 [122 Jun 1988] N
Charlton Bullseye: "Manic Energy." 51 [064 Jul 1981] R #1 Dale Luciano
Charlton Bullseye: Capsule review 96 [065 Aug 1981] R #2 Dale Luciano
Charlton Bullseye: "Charlton Bullseye: Chugging Along." 45-46 [069 Dec 1981] R Dale Luciano
Charlton Bullseye: "Charlton Cancels Bullseye With 10th Issue." 13 [075 Sep 1982]
I was noticing is has a "Back From The Dead" article in 1986 and a "rights sold" article in 1988. Those might be some interesting reading.
Also, Bob Layton & Dick Giordano at one time had a Trademark claim on something Charlton related. I believe it was related to a fan publication, but I don't remember exactly.

I don't own them. It's from a Library index online.
