Wow! I never seen this. Looks like getting one will be harder than I thought. Well, Mile High is known to be overpriced too. Maybe it wont be so bad. But, Ive never personally seen one. So, finding one will probably be harder than getting one at a good price.

I guess this book has a little more buzz about it than I thought (possibly because of me). If I didn't own the revised edition, I think that I would have bought MH's copy by now. The funny thing is that I thought I was getting the original when I ordered mine online.
