Newly added... Strange Suspense Stories (Vol. 1) #19 This is another on my list of highly desirable Ditko Charltons. This one seems to pop up often on early Ditko or Charlton galleries. I can see why. I've always dug it. Great dramatic insight cover! |

I was studying the art and trying to decide if they hired a Mad artist or if they were copying one. It reminds me of Marie Severin's work in this vein but I can't read the name on the cover.

I did not clean it all up, but I did give it more clarity. I want to knock out a gallery page for Army Attacks because it's the next title on the list that needs a gallery. Nice to see the add ons...careful not to darken up those pics too muc though. ie..Attack issues. It's a catch-22. On LCD screens, a lot of jpegs look washed out. On CRT screens they'll look dark. I'm using LCD screens so I try to estimate how dark they'll be on CRT's. Sometimes I do overdo it. Defiant1 |

Actually, I don't think I darkened the Attack issues. I have noticed that the sharpen tool darkens them a little.

I seen a Primus #3 today. I wanted it, but the shape was too rough to buy it so I passed. I think the logo will look nice on one of your Checklist Galleries. I like the frequent use of lettering they had on the covers.
